Waterfront Brasserie

The Waterfront Brasserie has an easy, informal atmosphere with contemporary, bright and comfortable surroundings. The menu is vast (click to download a sample of the dinner menu, or the lunch menu). Patrick Enns, the Head Chef at the Ramada Hotel and Suites, prepares food with only the freshest ingredients. Should you wish a slight variation to any dish or suffer from any food allergies, just ask the waiter/waitress and we will endeavour to offer an alternative. We also avoid the use of GM modified foods.

The menu suits every palette with both simple and complex dishes: starters include everything from tomato & basil soup to signature dishes such as open lasagne with escargots & fois gras, while Dover sole a la meunieure and a duo veal and scallops with polenta with banyulus sauce and mangetout coulis are among the mains. Oval Bar

The Oval Bar is a cool, airy and comfortable bar with an emphasis on quality.
Furnished to an exceptionally high standard highlighted by the natural oak clad walls and oval columns, the large relaxing chairs and sofas set the scene providing quality without exclusivity, and high levels of service without high prices.

With plenty of space it is the ideal place to meet with friends or clients, have a drink, catch up on your emails while sipping the perfect Latte, or having a sandwich or some tapas.

Our wedding licence with Newham Council Registry Office gives you the unique opportunity to say “I do” in our contemporary hotel, followed by your Wedding Party in stunning waterfront surroundings. Meetings

The Connaught and The Victoria meeting rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Waterfront Brasserie. There is a spacious lobby area outside the room which is the ideal place for coffee breaks and registration.
