The Mercure Ardoe House offers a selection of impressive rooms to host your wedding, ranging from the Fraser Room, ideal for the smaller reception, accommodating up to 60 guests for a formal meal, to the superb Ballroom which hosts up to 500 guests.

Our Chef has designed five suggestions for menus for weddings. These are merely suggestions and dishes can be replaced with items from the selector. If you wish to sample your chosen menu before the event, this may be arranged with the events office and will then be charged to your wedding account.

We have also included suggestions to make the day a little bit special - a selection of canapes, reception drinks and a range of food to serve in the evening to your guests.
