Guest rooms

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire's 133 guest rooms, including 22 suites, are generously sized and reflect the quiet charm of the Georgian era. All guest quarters offer attractive views, whether of the central courtyard or the gardens and rolling hills beyond. Well-defined work areas allow guests to remain productive and focused, with technology for communication and entertainment, including high-speed Internet access throughout. Spacious marble bathrooms incorporate Four Seasons signature features: a deep soaking tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, large vanity and, in a separate alcove, WC with telephone.

Welcoming and residential, all guest rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire are similarly sized with a choice of one king or two twin beds, and feature well-defined seating or working areas with amenities such as two-line telephones and built-in safes. Mews Rooms frame views of the 18th-century stable block from the South Wing, while Garden Rooms offer garden or central courtyard views from the East, South and West Wings. Heritage Rooms in the West Wing overlook the Estate's grounds. In the Manor House, refined Manor Rooms and Grand Manor Rooms offer views of the central courtyard and the Estate's grounds, respectively.

The unique and charming Oliver King Parlour Suite is well suited to the requirements of business or leisure travellers, with Estate views from the restored Georgian Manor House. The more spacious Daneshill Suites, with views of the surrounding gardens, and Park Suites, which overlook the Estate's grounds, offer a dining area for private entertaining. In the restored Georgian Manor House, the William Godson Suite and Ellis St. John Suite offer captivating Estate views with a similar size.

In the West Wing, the spacious one-bedroom Mildmay Suite features a dining alcove that seats six with comfort and elegance. Seasons offers inspired menu selections and a thoughtfully chosen wine list of popular vintages. This elegant restaurant features a French/European menu, executed with contemporary style and complemented by outstanding service. The interior design takes full advantage of the abundant natural daylight cascading through the French windows, which frame the beautiful grounds of Dogmersfield Park. Seasons benefits from an adjacent private dining room. Seasons Salon Priv้ is an ideal location for groups or parties of up to 24. Menus can be individually catered for each event, and เ la carte restaurant menus are also available.

The Hotel's stable block, dating back to the 18th century, is beautifully restored as a 2,500-square-metre (27,000-square-foot) escape. Pool

A beautiful 20-metre (66-foot), glass-covered indoor pool is located within the Spa complex. Guests may swim from the pool through an opening to a heated vitality pool containing numerous water massage features. Alongside the indoor pool, guests will find a sauna and steam rooms, as well as comfortable loungers for relaxation.

Additionally, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily, kids-only swimming is reserved in the pool. Parents of children under 16 years of age are required to be present for the duration of this activity. The vitality pool is an adult only area at all times.

Golf

Oak Park Golf Club

Golf at Oak Park consists of an 18 hole and 9 hole course. The 18-hole Woodland course provides stunning views over the North Hampshire downs as it winds its way through tree-lined fairways, while the 9-hole Village course offers a more gentle golfing challenge.

Hindhead Golf Club

A supreme test of golf, one of the best in the south of England. This course is a pleasure for low to mid-handicaps, and unforgiving for higher handicaps. The greens are superb, in excellent condition and beautifully maintained. Must have a handicap certificate of 20+ on weekends.

Wentworth Club

Wentworth is at the very pinnacle of British golf. Established 75 years ago by Walter George Tarrant, the club provides the ultimate challenge and is recognised as the epitome of golfing status. Wentworth features three 18-hole courses and one 9-hole course, and is now familiar to most golfing aficionados for hosting the British Open, the annual PGA Tournament and the World Match Play Championships.

Land Sports

Croquet
Reopening Spring 2006. Croquet was once the sports craze of Victorian England. Today, Four Seasons guests can enjoy this historic sport on the Croquet Lawn, with knowledgeable Guest Services staff available to coach them. Mallets, balls, jacks and hoops are available for use. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Equestrian
Hotel guests of all riding abilities will be able to enjoy this activity, which can be booked through the Concierge. Horse-riding lessons are available for both adults and children.

Fishing
Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire benefits from two lakes on the surrounding land, historically known as the Tundry Ponds. They were the original fishing lakes for the owner of the house, dating back to 1191. The Hotel has fishing rights on one of the lakes and trout and pike are in plentiful supply. The Hotel hosts five fishing platforms and a small fishing facility for equipment storage. The Hotel also provides transportation to the fishing facility for equipment collection.

Canal Boat
Four Seasons Hampshire's 21-metre (70-foot) Canal Boat can accommodate up to 12 guests. Guests are driven from the Hotel to the boat, where they can enjoy a three-hour cruise around The Basingstoke Canal, which loops around the Hotel grounds.

Kids for all seasons

Upon arrival, each child will receive a personal invitation to participate in Kids For All Seasons, the Hotel's professionally organised children's programme. Each day will begin at 9:30 am in Reeds Cottage. Children are introduced to their new friends and the Four Seasons Guides who supervise the activities.

Sample Activities
Children's activities include playing games, making crafts, reading stories or watching movies and cartoons.

Activities include tours of the Equestrian Centre, canal boating, kite-flying, football, Frisbee, and treasure and scavenger hunts. At 12:30 pm, children are collected after a day filled with crafts, paintings, stories and memories.

Additionally, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am and 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm every day, kids-only swimming is reserved in The Spa. Parents of children under 16 years of age are required to be present for the duration of this activity.
