The Mostyn Hotel was originally built as a private residence for Lady Black, a lady-in-waiting to the court of George II. A lot of the original architecture has been retained, especially the magnificent ornate ceilings in the restaurant and conference rooms by John Adam.

Bang

This restaurant serves typically British cuisine. With 45 types of sausage from 17 countries including ostrich and kangaroo, chef Chris Zetinigg, previously at the Hilton, Park Lane, has researched sausage types and dishes from around the world.

Deya

Internationally acclaimed for Zaika, the first Indian Restaurant to be awarded Michelin Star, Cuisine Collection has joined forces with Mostyn Hotel to open Sir Michael Caine's new Restaurant 'Deya' the Capitals most exclusive Indian Restaurant.

Head Chef Sanjay Dwivedi, formerly for Zaika, has created a seasonally changing menu with an emphasis on healthy, light dishes and vegetarian cuisine alongside traditional Indian dishes with a contemporary twist. Lighter bar snacks is also be part of the Deya offering.

Deya is be the first London restaurant project from Sir Michael Caine since Canteen in 1992.

Our informal bar has a very relaxing atmosphere and is ideal for a pre-theatre drink, a relaxed meeting or after dinner drinks.

Conferences

Housed within the most historic parts of the hotel are the three Conference Rooms. Two of these spacious rooms are found on the first floor by ascending the magnificent Georgian stairway, and each has its own breathtaking features.

All of our beautifully appointed conference rooms have natural daylight, are air conditioned, and are fully soundproofed. Lighting can be arranged in various formats to suit your requirements.

One of the rooms has a capacity for up to 120 delegates theatre style, and boasts high ornate ceilings with palatial decoration, whilst the third room is an ideal location for smaller, more intimate meetings.

Additionally there are 5 syndicate rooms offering high standards for meetings up to 10 delegates.
