Rooms
A warm welcome awaits you at The Hotel Bristol. The hotel has 74 ensuite bedrooms of various types & sizes from singles to family suites with adjoing children's room. Many rooms face the sea and are all equipped with Colour TV/Radio, Direct Dial Telephone with Modem point and Hairdryer. We offer non-smoking bedrooms too.
Restaurant
The Main Restaurant overlooks the sea and serves traditional English & French dishes. The Hotel Bristol has a long established reputation for its cuisine. The restaurant has a daily changing Table d'Hote menu using fresh local ingredients. Head Chef Malcolm Jackson and his team specialise in fresh fish and seafood. The vast majority of our dishes including desserts and soups are prepared fresh each day.
We have been awarded a level 1 Dining Award by the RAC.
Leisure Facilities
The Leisure Facilities comprise an Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna & Solarium plus Hair & Beauty Salons.
Beauty Salon
The "Peaches & Cream" Beauty Salon is managed by our qualified Beautician Caroline Thompson.
The salon has recently been fully refurbished and now has a reception area and two well equipped treatment rooms both with showers.
With many treatments to choose from: Massages, Facials, Manicures, Body treatments, Make-up & Waxing.
The La Phyto facial is based on Chinese philosophy and the idea that your year of birth determines what your skin and the state of your health are like.
The aim is to restore balance. Working on the face promotes the body to heal itself.
The green, representing wood, contains lemon and rosemary; the red, representing fire, contains lavender and ylang ylang; the yellow, representing earth, contains cypress and eucalyptus; the white, representing metal, contains lemon and thyme; the black, representing water, contains marine silt and juniper.
Meetings and conferences
Our six conference rooms accommodate up to 300 delegates plus banquets for up to 250 in our restaurant. The Benenden suite has access from the road and its own toilet facilities. The adjacent Clifton Room can be used as an ante room for delegate registration or for refreshments. There are some meeting rooms with digital or broadband access. The Bristol has an enviable reputation for functions and conferences and many local organisations return year after year to enjoy our hospitality.

The hotel is renowned throughout Cornwall and farther a-field as an excellent venue for functions.

The Hotel Bristol at Newquay is the ideal location from which to explore the delights of Cornwall. We are only 30 minutes from the fantastic Eden Project with its massive biomes. The new National Maritime Museum has recently opened in Falmouth and the Tate Gallery at St Ives is another worthwhile visit. For the children Cornwall's Creally (formerly Shires) near Wadbridge and Flambards at Helston are both excellent attractions. Not forgetting the golden sands of Tolcarne Beach in front of the hotel.
