Meridian Leisure Hotels will shortly complete the final phase of a Multi Million Pound upgrading of the Royal Adelaide Hotel in Windsor to achieve Four Star classification. The magnificent new interior-designed accommodation offers the ultimate in comfort for our guests, and includes brand new facilities such as air-conditioning, flat screen televisions, duvets, trouser press/ironing board, hairdryer, courtesy tray and bedroom safe.
The Hotel
The Royal Adelaide Hotel is ideally located within 5 minutes walking distance of Windsor Castle, the River Thames and the fashionable town centre. There is ample on-site parking and the hotel is easily accessible by major road links (M4/M25/M3) in addition to being less than 15 minutes from London Heathrow.
Accommodation
Each of the 42 beautifully furnished bedrooms have been individually decorated, and provide all modern conveniences including air conditioning, satellite TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet connectivity, modem telephone, hairdryer, trouser press/ ironing board, tea/coffee making facilities and bedroom safe. Some have views of Windsor Castle or The Long Walk. The magnificent Terrace Bar is the ideal meeting place for a light meal and a drink with friends or family, whilst the Garden Restaurant offers intimate surroundings for fine dining from a selection of menus.
Weddings and Conferences
The Royal Adelaide has recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme and offers magnificent new interior designed conference and banqueting facilities. The Windsor Suite, which overlooks the hotel's landscaped gardens, benefits from natural light and can accommodate up to 120 guests. The Windsor Suite has integral Powerpoint Projector, electronic screen and audio facilities. Alternatively the Sandringham, Ascot or Eton Suites, with a more intimate atmosphere, are ideal for smaller functions and conferences of between 4 -30 delegates. The hotel is licensed for Registry Marriages for up to 120 guests.
