The Hambrough is located just up from the esplanade and has beautiful sea views. Re-furbished to an incredibly high standard, the hotel offers a very clean and modern finish.

Our restaurant, which also overlooks the ocean, is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner, or to celebrate a special occasion. Our chef, London trained, painstakingly sources the finest ingredients, locally wherever possible, to bring you some of the finest cuisine the Island has to offer.

Accommodation

Seven exclusive rooms overlooking Ventnor bay. Our 2 Luxury rooms have splendid balconies, perfect for long hot summer days. Each room has been designed with your every comfort in mind, fully equipped with flat screen tv's, dvd players, espresso machines and mini bars. The luxurious bathrooms all have deluxe showers, underfloor heating and a selection of Molton Brown toiletries.

Our rates are per room per night and inclusive of full english breakfast and VAT.

Whether you are lucky enough to be staying at The Hambrough or just visiting the Island your trip would be incomplete without dining with us. All of our dishes are prepared using only the freshest and finest ingredients available on the market daily, and are served with meticulous attention to detail.

Chefs Table

A new and exciting idea to the Island is the Chef's Table that sits within feet of the kitchen. Every evening the curtain lifts on the theatrical performance experienced by our diners at the Chef's Table, where one can sense the passion and enthusiasm displayed by our professional and dedicated team here at the hotel. A special tasting menu will be devised for up to 8 people, so if you would like to feel the heat of the kitchen, then these front row seats are for you!

Private Dining

Our private garden room seats up to 20 people. Imagine summer cocktails on the private terrace or discreet winter parties in stylish and sophisticated surroundings. We will be happy to design a personal menu specifically to suit your gathering and our Chef is always happy to discuss the options available.

Whether you want to enjoy morning coffee with croissants, a light lunch, afternoon tea, sip champagne or cocktails whilst the sun goes down, or indulge with one of our fine Cuban cigars at the end of an evening, our stylish bar is the perfect place to relax.

Location

The Hambrough is situated high above the harbour in Ventnor with stunning views of the coastline. The Isle of Wight is less than 2 hours drive from London and getting to and from the Island is simplicity itself, with regular ferry services for cars and pedestrians arriving at Ryde, Cowes, Fishbourne and Yarmouth. All of your ferry arrangements can be taken care of when you book. Please also enquire about alternative forms of transport such as helicopters or private planes.

From the luxurious comfort of your room, you can sip cocktails on your balcony while enjoying the superb views over the ocean. The Hambrough is the perfect place to relax and unwind, enjoy a spa treatment in the privacy of your own room, or venture a little further afield to explore Ventnor
