We have used local Brighton artists to help design the themes in the bedrooms with pizzazz and imagination – and not a hint of chintz! We have maintained a commitment to impeccable cleanliness and offer a professional but friendly and personalised service that only a small hotel can to their valued customers.

The majority of guest rooms are ensuite, half have sea views and the more superior rooms have hand-made wrought iron four poster beds, CD players and room fridges.

Furthermore, to make sure we meet your modern-day expectations, we offer late weekend breakfast times, vegetarian and vegan breakfasts, a breakfast-in-bed service, a direct dial telephone and internet access port in every room, teletext TVs, late check-out options, or early breakfasts for busy conference weeks/early business meetings.

If that’s not enough, our extensive breakfast menu gives you the choice of the conventional or a little more unusual breakfast dishes to tantalise your tastebuds – taken in the dining room or delivered to your bedroom! Late breakfast times are offered at weekends and everything is freshly cooked to order – and certainly no dried up eggs on a buffet hot plate at Sea Spray!

All rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone and internet access port, to ensure you continue to be connected for business.

Special breakfast times to match your conference schedule or morning business appointment (these must be arranged at time of booking). For very early risers, continental breakfast trays are provided to your room the night before.

Recognising the need for a non-traditional atmosphere that is not offered by the stuffiness of typical meeting rooms and boardrooms, the guest lounge area can be booked by the day/half day for your private use for a business meeting or seminar. A stylish think tank to inspire creative thought. Reasonable rates and refreshments/lunch offered.
