To help make your day more memorable we include the following within your wedding package. Champagne and flowers in your room on arrival, a special red carpet welcome, an engraved cake knife to take away with you, use of our cake stand and coloured table linen to co-ordinate with your chosen colour scheme.

The entrance of the hotel will be decorated to co-ordinate with your colour scheme. You will receive the full services of our dedicated wedding co-ordinator, and also the services of our master of ceremonies. You will be provided personalised menus and table plans.

Our popular York Suite comfortably accommodates 120 guests for larger parties, and the room can be quickly re-organised to transform the dining area into an ideal setting for your evening entertainment. For more intimate events you will find the stylish candlelit tables of our Cavendish and Hardwick Suites are perfectly suited for parties of less than 80 guests. Music and evening entertainment can also be arranged and pre-booked by the hotel's banqueting department for larger parties using the York Suite.

Conference Facilities

To make booking your meeting or conference easier we've selected two popular formats, an eight hour and 24 hour conference rate, both representing superb value for money. Remember too that the Legacy Aston Court hotel can offer you plenty of scope for flexibility, including extending your stay or tailoring specific details.

The 24 hour conference rate includes the main conference room delivered in a style to suit your individual needs. Cordials, iced water, pens, paper, name cards and mints are all provided. Delegates can enjoy use of a flipchart, tea and coffee on arrival and a one-course lunch from the weekly conference menu. Afternoon tea & coffee and muffins are provided along with a third serving of tea & coffee if required. Car parking is free for delegates. An evening three-course table d'há´te dinner menu is available, as is accommodation and full English breakfast.

The eight hour conference rates includes hire of the main conference room in a style to suit your needs. Cordials, iced water, pens, paper, name cards and mints are all included. Use of a flipchart is provided, with tea and coffee on arrival and a selection from the one-course lunch conference menu. Afternoon tea & coffee and muffins is also included in the package.

By Rail - The hotel is situated directly opposite Derby train station. Derby to London takes 1 1/2 hours, Derby to Birmingham takes just 20 minutes.

By Air - 12 miles away from East Midlands Airport.
