It was in June (2006) when Hutton's Bar & Brasserie opened at The Winchester Hotel. The décor is luxurious, elegant and dramatic. The service is excellent and the fresh, beautifully presented food even more so. Hutton's Brasserie is a dark and moody space with mushroom-colored banquettes, leather chairs, walnut floors, and clever use of mirrors and lighting.

Hutton's Brasserie serves modern European cuisine and is the perfect venue for a bustling lunch, a quiet meeting in the afternoon or a candlelit supper in the evening. Using fresh produce cooked with real care and attention, Hutton's Brasserie compliments the new look of The Winchester Hotel.
