Close enough to the M4 to be convenient whether travelling from Bristol and Bath or from London and Heathrow, yet nestled in the tranquillity of the Thames Valley.

The hotel has 45 en suite bedrooms and a selection of superior and four poster rooms. All rates include bed, full English breakfast and VAT at 17.5%

Close your eyes and imagine yourself on a warm summers evening at a table on our terrace beside the Thames, where the only distraction from your cool drink is the passing river traffic. Delilah, the Swan who has taken up residence on our island, is as noisy as it gets.

And in the winter, you can snuggle on a sofa in front of a roaring fire and counting the marshmallows in your hot chocolate is as stressful as your stay need be.

Cygnetures

The jewel in the crown of our catering facilities is ‘Cygnetures’ the two AA rosette award winning restaurant. The atmosphere is intimate and tranquil and the stunning riverside views are the perfect backdrop against which to enjoy our Head Chef’s superb menus. For larger parties, the Henley Room is a private dining room adjacent to the restaurant; so you can still enjoy the atmosphere, yet feel enclosed when wanting moments of privacy for speeches and announcements.

The menu features modern European dishes and a select cellar of over 120 wines from both old and new worlds.

Cygnet Bar

Adjoining the restaurant is the Cygnet Bar and Riverside Terrace, perfect places to gather, enjoy an aperitif and watch the river traffic pass by. Venus Spa

The gymnasium and treatment rooms in Venus Spa have now re-opened. In addition to this partial opening the renovation is well under way to restore the remainder of Venus Spa to it former beauty. At this time the works are on schedule and the re-opening is planned for just prior to Christmas 2006, so in time to get you into shape for the new year !!
