Donnington Manor's Head Chef, prides himself on using the best ingredients available to produce a modern style of cooking, bought either locally or direct from London.

Experience a new approach to the preparation and presentation of each dish, which retain all of the qualities of classical cuisine. Each dish is prepared to order, in order to ensure their highest quality.
