The Castle is perfect for the younger visitor offering a host of exciting indoor and outdoor activities. Children enjoy their own supervised Club, the Bovey Rangers.

Outdoors includes treasure hunts, a woodland adventure camp, a trampoline, a water slide, horse riding, Vollyball, Swingball, egg collecting, The Miniature Pony Centre and pony trekking.

The Castle’s main dining room is equally impressive, in the style of an original 1920’s art deco Palm Court, with chinoiserie hand-painted wall coverings.

The Old Course at Bovey Castle is a challenging and beautiful championship golf course, designed in 1926 by JF Abercromby, one of the finest British golf course designers of the Golden Era

The separate mews, situated across the Castle courtyard, has been completely refurbished to provide a fully serviced state-of-the-art business and conference centre.

Located away from the main Castle, the mews provides a secluded and focused venue. The mews has a multi-media theatre complete with satellite conferencing, two stylish boardrooms, communication rooms and reception.

There is separate accommodation and office facilities for on-site secretarial services.
